This Privacy Policy explains how Dominium Domains ("Dominium Domains," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.dominiumdomains.com (the "Site"), make an inquiry or offer, or purchase a domain name from us. It also describes your privacy rights, including rights under California law. Dominium Domains is operated by Alexandre Willems, doing business as Dominium Domains, based in Topanga Canyon, California.

1. Scope: When We Are the Controller

• Payment information: when you buy from us, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number; we receive only limited transaction details (such as confirmation of payment and the billing name/email) from the processor.
• Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from other sources: we may receive information from marketplaces or escrow services when a sale runs through them, and from publicly available sources (for example, domain WHOIS/RDAP records) in the ordinary course of buying and selling domains.

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials you use with third-party registrars, marketplaces, or payment services secure.

11. Children

12. International Visitors

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed here. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
